The solid woven cotton conveyor belt or Biscuit conveyor webbing are specially used in cooling conveyor of biscuit dough from oven. It is made from 100% virgin cotton, so it can be use as food conveyor belt. It is available in 6" to 72" width and in standard thickness of 1.5 mm, 3mm and 4.5mm. It is manufactured in 2 ply construction.
Biscuit Conveyor Woven Endless Webbing :
The nylon cotton woven endless belt / webbing are made from nylon and cotton yarn. This belt provides excellent dough holding properties. It has effective product discharge in knife edge operation. It is available in thickness of 1.5mm - 2mm and in width of 6" to 60". We offer tailor made endless woven belt.
Rubberised Conveyor Belt :
Rubberised conveyor belt is made from nylon fabric and cotton fabric. The belt is made available according to the specification of the customer with different plies of nylon and cotton fabric.
